Sanjiv is an industry stalwart with deep industry knowledge by working on numerous projects as producer and director for over 30 years. Sanjiv started his career in 1990 and launched his own production house- Planet Earth in 1999. Sanjiv has been associated with Rajkumar Hirani Films since 2007 and worked on various projects as Producer & Director. 3 Idiots, PK, Sanju, Shuruaat Ka Twist are few of the renowned projects where Sanjiv was associated at various levels.

In 2019, Sanjiv directed a short film- ‘Bhaskar Calling’ and currently working on few projects and is also writing a script for a feature length which will be on the screens soon.
